Cleanliness and proximity to restaurants

A little small and shower door didn?t close right

Staff was great pretty clean great location.

The walls were thin a couple was fighting in the middle of the night fighting outside of the door screeching yelling I had to call desk and report because she was yelling the R word also the valet takes forever

Dirty linen, unclean shower, refrigerator was in the bathroom and room was very small

Outdoor patio next to the bar inside with a pool table & multiple seating areas. Bartender was very helpful, suggesting a great food-delivery restaurant. His personal attention made for a very pleasant, relaxing experience.

Windows let lots of natural light into the corner room but don't block out enough of the street noise.

Beds where comfortable. Nice and clean room

Still have to pay for breakfast while other hotels provide free breakfast

Rude receptionist! Said there were no rooms. Acted harried trying to find us rooms. It was a horrible handicap room with urine drops on floor. The coffee maker didn¿t work. When I called reception No effort to solve it. No bath gel.

So clean and it's an old building they restored, I love that

It was pretty noisy on the streets buy it was a Saturday night.

The Staff was really great.

The rooms are super small and we even upgraded to a larger room.

I remember passing by here when it was Bassett Tower..was clean, centrally located, good view, good cable, comfortable

there were crumbs in my frig, no shampoo or shower gel in big containers in shower, but I got some in the morning

Proximity to restaurants and bars. The bed was the best - like sleeping on a cloud.

No housekeeping. Room is small so bathroom etc really get messed up quick. $15 per night parking and did I mention room was tiny?

Unique building remodeled into hotel. Rooms nice and staff was very helpful and friendly.

Not a big deal but parking a block away.

Staff were really friendly. Room was comfortable and a great design.

Staff was kind and welcoming and the check in process was fast and easy. Our room was clean and well designed with great views and a comfortable bed with soft sheets. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town!

It was a nice and clean as I remember.

There was no notice that none of the amenities were available. If I would have know I would have booked a cheaper hotel. Also the front desk said parking meters were free. She never mentioned it changed at any time. I came out to a ticket in the AM.

Parking is a bit pricey, but you can park by the meters at night or a public garage nearby.

Great location, staff, comfort!
