The clerk at the receptionist desk was most pleasant to talk with. He understood my medical condition and needs and immediately was able to move me from the second floor to the first. The walk in shower was great and the water pressure was superb.

The mattress was uncomfortable but I'm used to my adjustable bed.

Amazing hotel. Modern, new. Rooms even have a full kitchen! Will definitely come back. Only place in El Paso I will stay.

Room 125 9/13/25 smelled like a bottle of cologne was dropped in the entire room. It was very uncomfortable. Upon complaint I was told I can’t change rooms because I used a towel and opened the soap in the bathroom. The staff told me there was a man staying in that room for a month before my check in that used that cologne. It wreaked the entire stay with the window open and AC full blast.

Breakfast was hot with sausage/ waffles/eggs

The rooms are small but new and clean. We got king bed with a sleeper and they were all jammed in one small room.

Kyle and the front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. I loved that the room had some basic kitchen stuff - especially a drip machine as I'd left mine at home. Absolutely loved the location and the hotel was SPOTLESS. I really have not stayed at a better hotel in maybe 5 years.

Couldn't think of a single thing

The beds were really comfy. Rooms are spacious. Room was very clean and functional.

The showerhead! But I guess it wasn't a huge deal.

Everything the location the staff, breakfast was excellent chose this over a private home rental. That home rental had too many restrictions. This hotel was very welcoming of my family.

it was clean and in an ok area

their pet patch is horrible. there are many options to have a better pet area without taking away customer areas. the cats roaming the area was ridiculous. the driveway is like a maze.

clean and friendly staff

tv didn’t work. The front desk staff came and reprogrammed it and it worked for a few minutes but after they left I was unable to change the channel. the next day, it wasn’t working again.

Positives were very friendly staff and the looks of the hotel were nice. They clearly upgraded things and the look was very modern, which was nice.

Cons: worst bed I have ever slept on. I am in my 30's and have never experienced back pain until we slept here. Looks can't be everything, you have to put some quality into your hotels. Worst mattress ever!

Breakfast was at a minimum, but satisfying for us.Location is great, just a short walk to a variety of needs, Wal-Mart, Lowes, and several different restaurants.

I was unable to get the TV channels to come in.

Carlos the night clerk harassed me because of who I am and what I represent.

One night staff who was never or rarely available within 30 minutes during my stay.

I loved everything about the room, kitchenette, sofa, desk, spacious bathroom. Would stay here again

The hours where great. You didn’t have to up so early in order to have breakfast

There need to be bigger selection of items so you don’t feel like you are eating the same thing everyday. Maybe addl some boiled eggs, bagels and toaster
