Hampton Inn & Suites El Paso-East

Nice cheerful staff, and easy access to room

It was difficult to get out of the hotel due to it's proximty to the busy highway. Also there was no in house restaurant or room service.

I like location which is close to my workplace Acces is good Parking lot good

Don¿t like Overvalued price Size of room Breakfast not complete Some of the cleanness in elevator Noise from pipelines Noise from interstate 10

Rude customer assistance, Very noisy, hotel room carpet was barely getting shampooed when we arrived at 5:30 pm so wet floor and tv did not work. A/c was not cold. Hard bed

The location was nice

There was a blood stain on one of the sheets in the room The staff argued with me and pushed snacks on me because they wanted me to go away.

Very clean and quiet. Easy accessible to highway. Staff were very friendly. Had handicap accessible room which was roomy and well thought out for wheelchair to move around. Bathroom was spacious.

Breakfast was basically the same every day. We stayed for 6 days. Most times food was cold. It was definitely not the experience that I've had at other Hampton Inn's.

Clean, comfortable and overall nice hotel experience. Also super close to a variety of restaurants and stores.

The cleanliness of the hotel. The front desk clerks were professional and helpful. The breakfast selection was good considering the circumstances.

How close it was to I-10. The breakfast was OK but lacked the variety of other hotels.

It was rather circuitous to reach given the construction along I-10. The beds were not the best. The front desk clerk was very polite and accommodating.

Continental breakfast

hotel was close to a shopping mall with lots of places to eat

Everything was great, breakfast was good

Very nice, clean and accommodating. Very pleased with our stay there.

the location is somewhat difficult to access the entrance road from George Dieter Street.

Very clean and Staff was very nice

Cleanliness

I expected more for the price. The free amenities they provide are not left in the room, you need to request them.

The facilities were immaculate. The bed was super comfortable. The room was a perfect size for a couple doing a weekend getaway. The staff was super cool. Enjoyed the free breakfast.

There was nothing not to like!

Clean! Also is the dining area - the staff cleaned the area every so often!Breakfast was one of the best.Provided cucumber ice-water at the lobby – a thoughtful touch for travelers.

It was located next to the highway, and it was clean and quiet.

I don't have any bad memories.

Nice hotel in good location.

The room wasn’t especially clean. It needed a deep cleaning, but was ok.

Great location, excellent breakfast wonderful property

Road getting in could be wider

The room and facilities were very clean and comfortable, And staf was very friendly.
