Room was not clean.

Cleanliness

Room was clean and confortable.

Unfortunately the hotel is closed to a train crossing point, and at 3am the horn woke me up.

Location was good, clean room, comfortable beds

Says heated pool and shows a spa, well door on spa was broken, pool definitely not heated was ice cold, grounds has garbage all around, the side security door is broken and lock was removed and key reader was broken out. Our fire alarm in our room was missing and some damage to door on outside. Would have been nice to have a fridge.

The location is the only thing good about this place.

The trash was left behind from the previous customer. There were no towels in the room when I arrived. Breakfast hours until 10am. I arrived at 915am and there was nothing left. After inquiring with front desk the guy just shrug his shoulders. Stay away!!

The Staff was very friendly and was able to help me resolve any issues I had quickly. The food was good and had a small verity to pick from. Rooms where very clean and the bed felt comfy.

When I arrived they did not have the room I paid for well in advance available had to go from a king size to a queen (not a huge deal but the fact the diddnt have me in the system at all was a bit concerning) My room keys also kept getting shut off so I was unable to get into my room multiple times(this is an issue I have never had before at any other hotel) forcing me to have to get new ones. Finnaly the night before I was supposed to leave I went into my room to see all of my belongings had been taken(after going to the front desk to see if they had it they came out with a trash bag with my room number on it it appeared as if they where going to throw it out not sure if this is normal for them to take customers belongings while they are still suppose to be renting the room but it made me feel uncomfortable)

I do not recommend this hotel at all

It says free breakfast there was nothing to eat No light in the bathroom can not close the bathroom door The floor in the room was very dirty Trash. In the hallway in the evening in it still was in de morning

The location was great. We were driving through from the Grand Canyon back to San Antonio so wanted something off I10.

It was filthy. The carpet was horrible! The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned after the person before us left. Also, our room door did not lock if you were on the outside. You could literally push it open. We were leaving early the next morning so we just stayed inside, locked from inside and pushed our ice chest against the door. ?
