The room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. The hotel provided, plenty fresh towels, friendly professional staff and fresh coffee 24hours.

What we liked most about this hotel was the staff. The young lady who checked us in was exceptional, kind and helpful. The young lady who checked us out and gave us our breakfast items to go was also very kind and helpful getting us on our way.

Nice, clean, cool, (air conditioner runs very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy access to freeways and location is in middle of El Paso. Very happy with my stay.

We enjoyed the variety of hot breakfast every day. Available wine, beer & snacks (some warm) between 5-7pm was excellent. Staff was very helpfull & friendly. We have stayed at Hampton Inn's before. This one is TOP of the list.

Only negative we have is the closet had sliding doors which did not slide very well. Doors did not open all the way. Would suggest removing doors & just provide a curtain.

Buffet

I was double charged for the room. Pain and time to get it reversed. Also bed was hard, not up to Hampton standards.

My room was facing hey, too much noise could not get any sleep due to nouse

the room was clean and all the staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. it was conveniently located.

the mattresses were terrible. hard and lumpy.there was a lot of street noise all night long from hwy.the dining area could benefit rearranging the flow the serving line got very congested at the waffle maker maybe change the bagel-muffin area to waffle

They tried to charge an extra $20 dollars to my credit card. When I called they couldn't explain what is was for. I will never go back to this hotel

The staff was professional and nice.

I could not get my internet to work despite working with the front office. The housekeeper could have a done a better job cleaning the bathroom. I had to clean it.

Water pressure could have been better

The staff was friendly and courteous. Anytime I had questions or needed anything they were always very accommodating.
