Quality Inn & Suites Airport

Great location close to transit shops restaurants and cinema .Great T V selections.good Mexican restaurant attached to motel .

Bathroom was outdated ,old noisy Air conditioner average bed and bedding

Attentive staff.

The outlet that the TV, microwave, refrigerator, and microwave, was out, so I was unable to reheat my food, which is probably for the best, because it had spoiled overnight because it was spoiled because the refrigerator didn’t work anyway.

There was NO FITNESS CENTER as listed on the booking page. The fitness center was one of the reasons this hotel was booked. Disappointed.

Familiar with the area as I grew up half a mile from here...great hotel, breakfast, wifi works..lots of parking...

the street construction going around the hotel...told airport shuttle does not run on the weekends

location price and convenience

Close to where I grew up, alot of places to eat and shop, good breakfast and wifi

The door on the first room...Rm 114 did NOT open

Decent breakfast, two bathrooms in suite, clean room

hotel staff was impartial at times

The room was 5/10,price was good for a last minute trip. Had a reservation for 1 night; but we had emergencies and we had to stay 2+ days. The staff was SO NICE, they suggested to re-book it Online to get the best price and made sure we kept the same room

I like being able to park right outside my door and it's proximity to CostCo for gas when I am working in El Paso.

Close to airport was a priority arriving at midnight. Free breakfast was way better than expected. The staff made chiliquillas and refried beans from scratch, they were delicious. Very good selection at breakfast for price of stay.

Older motel with some issues but you get what you pay for. Only stayed there to sleep a few hours and leave early.

Close to major highway and shops/restaurants.

Everything in the room made noise, the floors creaked, the door slammed on the door frame, this was the worst sleep I have ever had. You can hear every car that goes by. There were bugs in the bathroom. Paint chipped everywhere in the bathroom. Outdated.

Good location close to airport. Great little Mexican restaurant attached to the same building. Nice pool for families and kids. Comfy bed.

Rooms a bit spartan, but fine for a two-star hotel. I am NOT a fan of the "mini-pillows" that many budget hotels have gone to, this one included.

The staff was very friendly.

The AC UNIT in the room was loud and away from the bed area.

Clean and felt safe staying there.

This is a refurbished older hotel. Needs a lot more insulation, but was safe and clean.

Price.

This hotel is listed as an airport hotel but the shuttle only runs 8-4. Not accommodating for many airline travelers. Ended up spending an additional $65 to get from the airport to the hotel.

My room was fine. I asked to see before checking in, no problems. Left earlier than breakfast, no comments there. I didn't expect the Ritz, based on ranking, it is clean quiet felt safe and secure.

Liked it fine, would rebook.

The staff was the best part about this place the lady who checked me in was the sweetest person ever and helped me with anything I needed!

The room smelt like a nursing home , when I took a shower the tub filled up with water and didn¿t drain till hours later and I woke up in the middle of the night and went to the restroom to find a cockroach in there I packed my stuff and left after that

The staff were great and the breakfast was good

The rooms are not very nice, walls a very thin. The upstairs person kept us awake, glad we only had one night

Nice hotel with comfortable beds and great shower. I appreciate the microwave refrigerator and coffee maker in-room. The hot breakfast was delicious and included Mexican dishes!

The breakfast, the fact it was in the neighborhood where I grew up, good wifi...

Yes, why do I keep getting knocks on my door from housekeeping before checkout time?
