- Very clean and peaceful
Cons -
- I was immediately adjacent to construction of new lobby. The noise was unpleasant.
- The carpet I am not crazy about it but I am not complaining as long as the cleaner vacuum it.
- This hotel is in the middle of MAJOR renovations. Lobby closed and had to walk through no less than 20 active workers with power tools. Staff was professional, but zero acknowledgment or apology or even acknowledgement.

Yes. We were given a handicap room not requested. Double bed, not even queen. Huge wet spot in middle of room on carpet, not sure if something had been spilled or if a pet had relieved itself there. No apologies just said it helps us to talk it out.
Stayed there 5 years ago. The carpets are now stained and worn and should be replaced. The electronic lock for a side entrance was broken. Instead of fixing it, the hotel posted a sign asking people not to prop it open with rocks. Bath towels were small.
Very clean and peaceful
Just being woken up early by staff on the day of check out.
Super clean and friendly staff. The room and its features were outstanding. Nice outdoor grilling areas!
Lacks a pool
location, clean, helpful staff
It was near the hi-way and they were friendly and clean.
Fit our needs to be in the northern el paso area. Room was spacious. Having a full size refrigerator came in real handy
Great location. Spacious rooms. New. Clean. Safe. Like a small studio apartment. Definitely going back. Extended family now planning a stay there. There's a gym and laundry facility also.
No. Great place.
Very clean. Location. Friendly staff.
Staff was great. Being able to borrow items during the stay such as board games, blenders etc
There was not much insulation between floors. Very loud and can hear every step. The beds were too firm my liking as well.
