Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites El Paso West By IHG

The hotel itself is nice, remodeled but I was checked in to a room with no A/C and of poor quality. Front desk staff could not be bothered! I had to move three times to get a full functioning room!

The lack of customer service

We had a very comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable and clean. There were plenty of linens, pillows and towels. The location was very convenient. We have stayed at this hotel three times and will definitely stay again!

The hotels was clean and near convenient stores and eateries. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and they even had a staff inside to help. The tables and eating areas was clean and sanitized. The experience overall was splendid.

The pool & jacuzzi area was taken up by a family that was celebrating at birthday so I didn¿t get a chance to lounge there.

There was no hot water. Nothing done to fix it. All they said was to let the water run. I had to leave and get a new hotel.

A/c wasn¿t working in the dining room, however they had fixed it by our last day there. Room decor is terrible.

Yes. It was 83 degrees on the main floor. Room¿s walls were stained and dirty all over. Not enough sitting space in breakfast room. We had reserved a king size bed and were given 2 queen size beds instead. We won¿t come back to this place.

THEY DO LIMITED ROOM CLEANING SERVICES USING THE COVID AS AN EXCUSE. THE GOOD THING IS LESS DETERGENT AND WATER USED. THEY DO FULL CLEANING UNTIL THE FIFTH NIGHT. JACUZZI WORKING IRREGULARLY.

Nice room, excellent breakfast

Difficult areas to get in and out of due to traffic, street layout. Hot tub wasn¿t working

The rooms are a little dated(this is definitely not a deal breaker) but my husband was very disappointed with the breakfast selection. He understood that it was "grab and go" but the selection was so bad that he didn't eat (he's an early morning person).

Everyone was extremely friendly there. The hotel smelled amazing when we walked in the door. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. It was perfect!!

The smell. As soon as you walk in, it smelt clean and fresh. And the smell backed the cleanliness. This hotel was exceptionally clean.

The beds are rock hard. Like I¿m not even sure there is a mattress. It could possibly be a wooden platform covered by a sheet.

Staff was nice, and accommodating. Room was pretty clean.

Water pressure was terrible. TV was incredibly glitchy. It didn¿t make sense to have a limit of 2 people in the fitness center at a time, but no limit on the pool. We couldn¿t swim because there were 22 people in there at one time, unsafe with Covid.

Yes, the sheets and pillow cases were not cleaned. The room was dirty when we got there and when the cleaning lady came she took my personal things that were in the bathroom luckily wal mart was right there.
