Tru by Hilton El Paso Airport

Nothing they charged me the full rate for my room. Thry didnt use my reservation and they were rude to me when i was trying to explain what was wrong. I booked a room for 50 something dollars and was charged 94.00 i need my money back.

I didnt appreciate any part of the experience.

It was close to the Venue I was attending

The manager was awful and rude, did not listen and overcharged me.

Staff nice, and close to car rental and many restaurants. The heater works very good.

Could use a bit of remodeling , location and noise of other tenants... NOT SO GOOD.

The location central was very very good

The sheets were dirty the first day I got there I asked the sheets to be changed they never were changed I had to sleep on top of the bed because the bed was filthy

The hotel rooms are very clean and very small. I will stay there again. Had zero complaints. Great staff and a great room. Everything you want is easily in walking distance.

Location

Lights outside too bright, couldn't sleep at night. Room I got was too close to entrance of main street, so there was a lot of traffic noise.

Location wasn't bad, I liked the floors.

There were roaches, plus the beds were extremely firm. There was a party next door all night with people doing drugs.

Great location near the airport and the wifi worked well.

Amenities consisted of 2 small bars of soap.

Close to food places, shopping areas

no coffee pot, hard to find electric outlet. Would have liked carpeted floor

Front desk staff was very hospitable and the rooms were very clean despite the age of the motel. I would definitely stay here again. The value of the room was on point with ratings and reviews. Great place for the price.

Super quick check in a great room for the price. No frills but I just needed a place to sleep for the night so that's fine.

Easy access

The bed was a stiff board of pain. The floor was softer. And sheets snelled okd and used.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Amazing remodel, looked way better than a 2-star hotel. Liked that I was able to park right in front of my room.

I wish it had a hot-tub or pool. Tricky trying to find laundry room and I felt like a burden to the gentlemen at the front desk for asking him a ton.

Centralized location and friendly staff

The bed was awful. We couldn't sleep and when we first got there our comforter had something sticky on it. They were nice enough to fix that, but it was still not a great nights sleep at all

they tried kicking my daughters out of the room a day early. the walls were paper thin and we could hear the man in the next room coughing all night.

Not clean. Location was "shady", though close to the airport. Bed was rock hard. Not enough pillows and when we asked for another one we were told they didn't have any. Wouldn't have even considered this a 1 star hotel.

It had a microwave and a mini fridge.

Hair and dirt on the bed sheets and the shower. No staff, had to wait 5 minutes for someone to come out check us in. It's not a two star hotel. Maybe a 1.

Commode ran all the time. AC was noisy. Bed was not comfortable. No blow dryer or shampoo was provided or available. Really old hotel rehabbed. Location was right and the price was good.
