Comfort Inn Early Brownwood

Room was big enough to handle my wife and I and my 2 teenagers (12f, 13m). Good breakfast.

Too many things didn't work - LR TV, bedroom TV, door lock wouldn't open most of the time

The desk clerk that checked me in wasn?t friendly at all!

We had large roaches crawling on ceiling and walls. The toilet wasn¿t clean and had obvious marks in it.

I traveled with a 2 year old and husband. Our room was spacious and clean. Staff was really friendly and breakfast was delicious,especially the biscuits and gravy. Hotel is in close proximity to several restaurants and gas stations. Definitely stay again

People were smoking marijuana by the entrance. It was very strong. Slamming doors around midnight, over and over.

Certainly not the lady at the front desk that was untruthful.

Lady at front desk said my reservation was cancelled due to late check in and stated they had attempted to call me because my card had not gone through, she lied because they charged me! Offered a room with 1bed but that was not convenient for 3 adults.

Averaging over the last 2 stays - Nice hotel but way over priced. However, if no one else is less money in that area for the same class, they are certainly taking advantage of it.

Staff seems to be inexperienced with dealing with guests. It could just be a sign of the times with unemployment so low.

The location was convenient.

45 minutes to get checked in, the pool was COLD the hot tub was luke warm & overflowing- both were filled with bugs. Our bed had BUGS! The hairdryer shorted out, outlets did not work, iron did not work, NO BREAKFAST, did not clean for 3days, &rude staff.

The lights in the bathroom are not very bright.

It was a nice stay, bed was comfortable and room was clean.

The air conditioner was not cooling as should be. I pulled the filter out and it was full of dust and lint. Maintenance should so a better job! So I decided to check filter in the hall way!! Same thing! Filter so full it couldn¿t breathe either!

Good location and easy access, unlike another hotel across the street

They ran out of muffins for breakfast -- on a Sunday morning!

They were in the middle of renovating so the hallways were a little bit of a mess, but all things considered it was still very clean.

I liked absolutely nothing about this hotel. I have no idea how it is getting a 2.5 star rating. I have stayed in 1 star hotels that are nicer than this

stains all in carpet and furniture, tv is very small, room was not clean in the least little bit. When we turned the shower on it shot out a green sand looking mix. I had to purchase bottles of water just to brush our teeth. Worst hotel stay ever.

It is easy to find, but that's the only positive

The hotel in general is sketchy. Construction workers stay there. I was stared down as soon as I got off elevator until I got in my room. Door lock was loose & didn't feel secure. Stains all over the couch & carpet. Tv is tiny. Bathroom faucet was dirty
