Cons -
- There was a family in the room next to us making noise all night long. Opening and closing and slamming their door, and just making way too much noise. We complain to the front desk and nothing happened.

- There was wedding in the ballroom below our room (224). The music was so loud that we couldn?t hear our TV or go to sleep. When I asked the staff when it might end she gave me a big happy smile and said she had no idea, like that was a good thing.
