Holiday Inn Express And Suites Dayton Highway 90 By IHG

Even though the hotel was not good, the staff themselves were excellent. It's sad when you have such great people tasked with trying to manage such a poor property. Shame on the management company for not investing in the property and it's upkeep!

AC worked on and off, the bathroom door hit the toilet when it was opened, the water pressure was like someone was shooting me with a cheap water gun, the room stank of mildew, the sheets had stains on them

Close to many food chains , not very far drive to Bigger City and quiet country atmosphere.

Location and staff

My neighbor complained about everything.. TV too loud , my great grandkids were too loud. This made our stay unreal. This is a hotel not a $--- dollar a night get away. I have never complained on anyone in my 77 years on earth.

Friendly staff, check in and check out was fast and simple, comfortable beds.

Comfortable beds, very clean room and building. Breakfast was well stocked and very good up until closing.

Little rust on the bathroom door hinge and also the door was very hard to close No hot water available during breakfast !

Room was spacious and clean. Decent hot breakfast.

Polyester sheets. Sheets should be 100% cotton. No fresh fruit available for breakfast. The area seemed a bit sketchy.

Walking down the hallway there was an odor. And there was an odor in our room. My wife wasn't happy about that and i myself wasn't happy as well. I talked to the staff about it, but they just wanted to just move us to the next room. I didn't want that

The room was quiet beautiful, and peaceful with a perfect view of my car from the window. There were a plethora of nearby food selections and the royal grove cranberry juice at breakfast was great.I will only book here if I have to return to the area.

I can't think of anything I didn't like about my stay.

The fire alarm was set off two nights in a row at 6:20 am.

The rooms are clean and up to date. Having a fridge and microwave are nice as well. One of the ladies up front always makes sure I have english muffins in the mornings. She's super thoughtful and accommodating.

We stay here often. In every room, the bathroom doors do not close all the way. If they do close, we have to pull really hard to open them up again.

Staff was friendly, and constantly cleaning to keep clean. Made me feel at home while I was there. Also, the breakfast setting was perfect, and the staff was helpful with the pancake machine for my daughter

It was nothing that I didn't like. It was in a convenient location for our trsvels

This location needs a SiGN!!! Very hard to locate, since it sits off of the main highway! Strange thing.... our sheets felt "damp" -- maybe because of the humidity coming in through the air conditioner? However, they brought us a new set of sheets and a comforter, but they seemed "damp" even before we put them on the bed. Maybe the dryer wasn't working properly. We hated to bother them again.

Our room thermostat changed and our room was 78 degrees, I called the front desk and no one came. When we pushed a button on the thermostat, the temperature automatically went to 90 degrees.

The cleanliness and front desk attendant who was also the laundry attendant and cook. She was awesome! Superwoman! I think her name was Courtney.

Hard to see from the road, staff did not have enough breakfast for a hotel that had very few occupants
