The hotel was very clean, liked the overall vibes of the hotel and the staff were all great, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Would def recommend to anyone staying in Dallas area. A little far from airport but close to downtown Dallas.

Spotlessly CLEAN! That bed really is the #bestbedever. I loved that huge red rain shower. The staff was friendly. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor spaces are beautiful. We had a gorgeous view of downtown. Great staff and service. Stay here for Market!

I think what could be improved is the room service and attentiveness. I requested a toothbrush and toothpaste but never received one.

The hotel sells one day pool passes to randomers. They sold 400 on the Saturday it was heaving and unpleasant and as a hotel guest I was not expecting that.
We have stayed at The Virgin several times and it has been one of our favorite places to stay while in dallas often for work, but lately it has been disappointing. They closed and removed the hot tub which was one of our favorite amenities in the evenings and the once chic pool furniture around the rooftop pool is now dingy and stained and not inviting at all. The interior carpeting and fixtures feel worn and dull as well. Its time for a refresh to compete with the other newer or refreshed properties in the market.
