The rooms were big and we really like the kitchen and supplies

We specifically searched for hotels with a pool for our kids. We picked this one but when we got there the pool was close for remodeling. Winter time is a better time not summer. Super disappointed. Staff did not explain breakfast hours correctly

I am disabled, and so hotel beds are very important to me. The beds were WONDERFUL. We had the room with a kitchenette it was lovely.

I guess if I HAD to say something, I’d say the shower head could be better. But really, who cares!

Everything was exceptional! Location, super nice room, quiet and exceptional staff.

I was a bit disappointed the didn’t offer a late checkout. They offered me an additional hour for $50. The Marriott always lets me checkout at 3pm at no cost.

The rooms are large and the breakfast is good.

Upon arriving, the shower curtain was not hung but wadded up on the kitchen counter. I had to ask for the shower seat that was supposed to be in the room already twice. The bedspread was ripped. The thermostat did not work properly, it was to cold.

Friendly staff, clean room with the most comfortable bed.

Front desk staff name Amy was very rude. Management didn't do anything about it.

We were bumped from a room with 2 beds to one with a bed and sofa. Only one pillow available for the sofa no extras at the desk.

This hotel is by a bunch of apartments, needs repairs and clientele a little sketchy. wallpaper peeling off the walls, stained carpet and it smelled like urine on our floor. Room OK but needs updating. The staff was nice but we changed hotels next day

The room was very spacious and clean. The manager there was very kind and went out of her way to make sure that my family and I were comfortable with our room. Breakfast came free with our stay, but we didn?t make down in time to try it.

Hotel is in a nice area, close to the NorthPark Mall and lots of restaurants. 24 hour fitness down the street and White Rock Lake walking trail (14 miles total).The hotel was clean, quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed- not too firm or soft.

Nothing. Great quality for the price. I read reviews for many hotels. This hotel had great reviews and I?m glad I chose it.

Very nice hotel! The room was so spacious and very clean. Our room had a kitchen area with a sink, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The complimentary breakfast was good as well. It exceeded our expectations. I would love to stay there again and longer!

Employees were super nice

There was a fan outside my room blowing in another room all day and night the whole 3 days I was there.

The staff was excellent.Hotel employee, who checked us in was kind, professional, and efficient. I found myself at the front desk a few times and was greeted each time with the same graciousness as the first with genuine smiles.

The location was a bit farther away than we expected but, was not difficult to find with our GPS.

The things that stand out are the friendly and efficient check in, the 24 hour well stocked coffee bar, and the walk-in shower with excellent water pressure.

The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room is large and comfortable. Breakfast and parking included at no extra charge.

It¿s a little tricky to find the first time.

We loved that the room was so spacious with the sofa bed and extra table a plus for us who celebrated my son's birthday in the room. Complete with all utensils and dinnerware and big fridge to fit in the birthday cake. Will definitely be back.

Served the same breakfast for 2 days but nonetheless not a deal breaker.

Wonderful staff

The wifi was not working properly, to the point where I could not take work calls. Very frustrating and impacted the overall experience very negatively.
