Location

There was no AC in my upgraded suite, and they checked me out of my room with all of my stuff in it the night of my stay and told me I might have to re-book it.

Excellent staff.

Pool area had old cushions hanging off the chairs but there were 2 attendants working. No wall separating the bedroom from bathroom. Housekeeping slammed the door about 100 times shaking our room. Parking $60.

Great hotel! Location is superb. American airline stadium is basically at your door.

They are in the middle of construction and the noise beginning at 8am weekdays, is insanely loud. It sounds like someone is using a jackhammer in your room. Truly horrible. They warn there will be moderate to loud noise. I would say extremely loud.

The location to AAC

The staff was horrible. Told us to park across the street and that they would validate. Then when we left the valet manager said talk to the front desk. Front desk told me to talk to valet. Valet said talk to valet manager. AC didn¿t work and no one came

The rooms were okay not the caliber I was thinking it would be.

Check in was awesome ! Dustin gets 12 Stars as he helped us with everything we needed to make our Sons Law School Graduation as great as can be . All valets were exceptional and Im not one that needs a lot of attention but they seemed to enjoy their jobs

The closeness to the American Airlines Center

I did not appreciate the stuffy staff members,. They did not seem too happy to be there.The only helpful staff in this entire hotel are the valets. The room was extremely hot, and the thermostat didn't change the temperature at all

The amenities are not available. The pool and spa are under construction. The restaurant was also under construction. For $---- per night the lobby and gym were the only amenities.

The location was perfect!

Not a huge fan of walking in and the sink and shower were immediately in sight.

Outdated room and unenthusiastic staff member at check in. The room description said ‘City View’ but I was looking into an apartment parking garage on the 5th floor. Hardly seemed worth the $50 premium upcharge.

The outdated rooms, the up charge for the view I didn’t get and the staff.

Nice modern hotel . Very clean comfortable bed . The location was perfect for a downtown experience.

I wish they had free parking

That it was right across the street from WFAA station. Very nice hotel there were just couple of room issues for me.

1. Very surprised to see the bathroom was open and door was a curtain with a bed basically right behind sick and bathtub??? 2. No coffee maker in room. Nice having coffee downstairs but I prefer to relax and have 1-2 cups before coming down.

I love the fact that it is so close to the American Airlines Center. It's literally next door. And it's in a great location so many things are near by like the 6th Floor Museum, JFK memorial and Reunion Tower.

The walls are a bit thin. You can hear people walking down the hall. But really can't complain. It's like if you ever live in an apartment you know the echoing effect it can have in hallways.

Rooms were 3,5 star at best. Bathroom was weird with a curtain to the bedroom. The hallway smelled like a smoking floor. I was expecting much better from the rooms. Overpriced

Air conditioner in the room didnt seem to work as well as it should. We had it turned down to 65 degrees the whole weekend. The thermostat showed that the room never got below 68 degrees, but it felt hotter.

Paid 34 dollars for burger and fries for room service. Shower would not regulate temperature properly. It would get super hot... then cold...

Location is perfect - next door to American Airlines Center and short walking distance to Perot Museum, Dallas Museum of Art, and many other downtown Dallas places.

For the room price I was surprised free wifi was not included. Nearly every other comparable hotel I checked nearby included wifi. Definitely a would be nice.

Location

We arrived at the hotel around 4;30 PM to be told by an employee that our room was not available. This is unacceptable to me as we had dinner plans. It was almost 6:00 before we were able to get to a room. I have NEVER had a bad experience before

Pool was great with excellent views

Extremely oudated rooms for what you are paying, service and cleanliness so so. Better bang for your buck at The Omni in Dallas.

The location was awesome. Being next to American Airline Center was so wonderful and a great experience. Not something I could do all the time but for a one time experience it was so worth it. The employees are very nice and helpful.

No free breakfast, I understand that but coffee would have been nice to have in the room, and I've never been charged for parking when I've stayed at any hotel in my life. I would think as much as the rooms are they could offer free parking and coffee.
