AC Hotel Dallas Downtown

We paid for the hotel up front but when we got there they refused to accept the credit card we had and refused our stay and then refused a refund, leaving us stranded without a place to stay 800 miles from home.

The cleanliness and location in central downtown Dallas. Walking distance to Many restaurants and stores. The pool was great as well.

Loved it all. Well minus the parking it¿s valet parking only with $42.00 per day. However, you can come and go all day with the $42.00 charge.

It was centralized downtown and had a starbucks connected to it for convenience.

The surrounding area was not as safe as I remembered

Room was dirty, bedding was dirty, hot water didn¿t work for the entire first morning

The people are very nice

It was dusty and a used pad in the room trash when arriving

The young lady at the front desk was so sweet. Excellent customer service, she was patient and answered all of my questions. I was new to the area and she provided some great advice.

I don't think this can be faulted to the hotel, but it was kind of loud. I think there may have been a party going on. The walls seemed pretty thin - I could hear conversations clearly from the next room with people speaking in regular voices.

Hotel employee at the bar is awesome and lived the shower it's a rain head

Friendly staff, large room, comfortable bed.

The shampoo and conditioner left my hair dry. Parking was valet, wasn't mentioned when booking.

The Ambiance.

Didn't know of any of the amenities they had i.e. pool and microwave until the last few hours before check out. Maybe if there was a sign or paper or the front desk agents tell us where everything is, that would be grand.

Parking overnight is too expensive for the hotel quality. Valet personnel drives your car recklessly.

We had noises from the wall of water flow, we can hear every car horn. We even complain to the manager and they do nothing ..The “facility” are really lame and the only thing they can offer is the pool and it’s cold
