Good breakfast! Room was clean.

I requested room service and didn?t get it. This is the first hotel we have ever stayed at that the bed didn?t face the TV. You had to look to the left to see it. There?s a large wall that the bed should have been on - TV would have been right in front.

Poor maintenance ? i.e., crack in the sink, toilet seat discoloration, lampshade cracked, neither treadmill functional, etc.

The location was convenient for where I had to be and wasn't difficult to get in and our of the parking lot.

The beds were so uncomfortable I didn't sleep much. I was also on the top floor and could hear a lot of highway noise.

Previous stay experience.

Hotel¿s water system reportedly failed. Staff appeared unable to handle situation. Guest were not informed sufficiently of issues or what was being done. Prior to water issue, room was not cleaned after first night stay even after being asked at checkin

Most of the staff were friendly.

They apparently have had issues with cars being broken into, the bed and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable, one of the guys at the front desk was completely indifferent about being there.

It is a Hampton. There is just a certain consistency you get with Hampton. It was met¿nice room, nice facility, decent complimentary breakfast, etc.

Dead roaches in the hallway, carpet was Cumming up in the hallway. No vending machines so they cou charge five dollars for a water at the front desk.

The guy checking you in had a terrible attitude, barely spoke loud enough to hear and wasn¿t welcoming

It smelled like sewer. The whole hotel had the smell so you couldn¿t even change rooms.

Room was large and the location of the hotel were the best qualities.

You have to request housekeeping, they don¿t come to your room if you stay more than one day.

The hotel is very new and clean. Our room had a king bed and a sofa bed. The room is very spacious. The breakfast has many options. The fitness room and pool is decent. We enjoyed our stay there.

It's close to highway so it might be a bit noisy. However, I will say the noise was minimal and did not bother me at all.

Rooms recently remodeled and very clean and spacious. Prefect for close proximity to work at the hospital during the ice storm.

Check your bill very carefully. There was 1 erroneous charge for mini store item. It was removed without any issues. Wifi is included no need to purchase premium the connection is the same.

Not really sure what I liked about this hotel maybe just the breakfast

Thee service and the price I paid $--- for two nights here.

The hotel was clean and nice. And for the location, it seemed to be relatively safe. And I did not see any homeless people.

The hotel only had two elevators. One was not working at all. And the other did not respond to calls from the upper floors. Considering we were on the 5th floor, this proved to be a major inconvenience.

Location very convenient to the part of the city we enjoy. Very clean and quiet.

Everything was fine. If I¿m being picky I¿d suggest better pastries for breakfast and fresh scrambled eggs vs. packaged reheated and metal utensils vs. plastic. Nevertheless it was a very good value for the rate I paid.
