    • This hotel was a horrible experience. I would never come back! I think they are doing construction because It is very lackluster. I had an emergency so I needed a place to stay. I did not feel comfortable! I was counting down the hours until I left.

    Cons -

    • I had to get another room because the first room was not clean. The second room the key pad didnt work and It didnt work someone had to come and fix on the door which I was exhausted and just wanted to sleep. Construction was making loud noise
    • As soon as you walked in the hotel had a powerful unpleasant smell! Our couch in the room hadnt been swept under. Homeless central hangout!
    • The valet was a lil congested but the self park was right up the block was able to get the car faster than waiting on valet

    location

Parking is not available unless you want to park on the street or valet, which cost $30 plus tax.

The valet took my car key home and i missed a few planned events that I had to fo including work...

nothing it was such a bad experience.

took 2 hours to check in. First night there were blood stains on bedding and they only offered me new bedding which I had to change myself. The heater didnt work in my room for the entire stay there. Horrible experience

    9DianaPosted on: 9-21-2022

    The room was very spacious.

It needs more cleaning and better signage.

    8SuzannePosted on: 7-1-2022

It was very roomy, comfortable beds, good breakfast with variety.

Parking was $30.00 a night unless you can find a spot on the street where you put money in a meter by 7 a.m. the floors creak when you get up in the night. The floor had something sticky on it. Pool was closed for some reason.

    Staff

The room that was shown on the internet pictures was not the same. Room showed wood floor, but had concrete flooring. 1 piece of soap, refrigerator was not clean on the outside.

The front desk staff was fantastic ( I think that was her last name). She was a beautiful black young lady. Staff took care of all our needs and our questions. She was very professional and went above and beyond.

Nothing ever thing was great. We used the pool n had breakfast. My father in law n his friend also stayed n had a Great time

    location

Terrible smell of pesticide. We moved from one room because it was so bad. The second room also smelled of chemicals. The sheets on the bed must have been sprayed with bug spray.

    6Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-20-2021

The room layout was nice. Loved the high ceilings

There really wasn¿t a good view of anything just views of parking lots and construction areas. Didn¿t like the fact they didn¿t clean the room properly dusting. Hairs were found in the bed also also all over the counter tops.

I stayed there only for the New Years Eve Party on the Plaza. It was a good location for that. The suites are nice, but not for the gouged price on Dec. 31st. Also, parking is $30, be prepared for that.

Short & sweet-BUM CENTRAL! Not a good area. The entire hotel is surrounded by vagrants of multiple proportions, as in they all seemed like a family, hundreds of them. I would never stay there again or in the immediate area. Walking around isnt pleasant.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 10-14-2019

The location was the best part about this hotel along with a friendly staff.

I was unaware that parking was not included and this proved to be an issue.

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 8-20-2019

    Spacious rooms

Felt like this was not a good location, parking options were either expensive or didn't look safe, and room layout did not meet expectations (based upon expectations in photos)

    7Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 5-24-2019

Relatively close to convention center, but not the nicest area of town. Nice staff, good breakfast. Clean

Few restaurants in the area, did not feel safe walking around hotel at night. Strange smell to the hotel- like a cleaner solution- permeated all common areas and hotel rooms.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 4-24-2019

Great location! Close to convention center. The hotel exceeded the 2.5 star rating. The breakfast was good with lots of choices.

I wish the hotel had self parking.

    10MarissaPosted on: 2-22-2019

The room was awesome! Exposed brick and a large concrete support pillar running through the middle. So industrial! Very clean inside the room! Friendly staff!

One drawback was that the room didn't have a full length mirror (the reason for my 8/10) :( $32 for valet, no self park, and they didn't have change at the front desk so I could tip the valet.
