Hampton by Hilton Dallas East

It was clean and the staff was amazing!

The bottom floor was too noisy.

The room was great and the bed was comfortable.

The pool was dirty and the towel station was empty.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. We booked a king suite. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was about 15 minutes from Centeral Dallas. We stayed three nights and had no complaints whatsoever.

The room was very clean, very large, moderately priced. The staff was polite and very helpful. And the breakfast they served was top notch; literally one of the best complementary breakfasts I've ever had!

The indoor pool was being worked on so we couldn't swim and thar was very disappointing since I was really looking forward to a good swim!!

The hotel is not new but has apparently been maintained and/or updated to be in like-new condition. The hotel was very clean smelled like a new facility.

The only thing that I did not like was the fact that they tacked on a parking charge that I was not expecting. Granted it was a small amount but it just seemed tacky.

Staff did not explain or inform us that the two night I would be here I would not get room service so I would have to take out my own garbage get my own towels and clean my own room since I have two kids under two I couldn¿t go without any of that. Never

Appears relatively new. The staff was welcoming, the room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was very good! Friends had warned me that this was in a rough neighborhood, but there was a security officer on the property and I felt perfectly safe.

The $5.00 self parking charge is ridiculous and very disappointing! The refrigerator was not working. The bed was uncomfortable. This was my worst experience with Hampton Inn.

Location was great and staff was very friendly.

There was a used floss pick on the comforter of one of the beds upon arrival.

There was a part that made a noise about every 20 minutes in the air conditioner and we had a horrible nights rest because of it. My husband shared this with the lady at the front desk as we checked out and she did nothing to try to make it right with us.

Staff very friendly, clean rooms and facility, nice rooms.

Several homeless incidents in the area

The room was nice and well appointed. The complimentary hot breakfast was simple, but good. The hotel is easy to find. And the parking was free and easy as well.

The oatmeal was watery (but that's an easy fix), the orange juice dispenser was out of service, and there was no fresh fruit offered.

Clean, well-maintained facility. A/C works well. WiFi has a good signal and is easy to access. Friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend this hotel and will use it when I come to Dallas.

Thursday morning I checked out. The breakfast was not ready until at least 15 minutes after the scheduled time. May be related to COVID staffing issues. Very minor complaint.

The cleanliness

They catered 2 the white more & I didn¿t like that but 1 of them was rude 2 my children¿that didn¿t sit wit me rite, they let them party ¿¿ outside all night¿I guess cuz they were here for the fair wit their trailers parked¿¿

They allowed a room full of kids with no adult supervision to be in a room on another floor while parents were on another floor. Kids trashed room and made noise all night. Requested ar room.which they gave them. Very dispointing

The front lobby was well lit and nicely furnished. The hotel rooms were clean and modernly decorated. The person who checked us in was very nice and accommodating. This location had all of the amenities that we needed.

The confusion inability to get more towels for both of the rooms that we were in.
