    Pros +

    • Rooms were clean. Desk assistants were friendly as well as the outside door man.
    • The shower was really nice. Decent view.
    • Courteous staff at check-in/check-out. Clean room, clean facility overall.

    Cons -

    • Hassled for entry during event hours going on next door. No microwave or mini refrig. Guess we don't liners for trash anymore No vending on same floor.
    • Poor ventilation/circulation of air in room. It was stuffy. Requested assistance with the A/C and no one ever came or called. Bed was way too firm. One of the outlets was not functional. No vents in the restroom either.
    • Parking is very expensive per day. I don¿t remember if it was noted that parking was not included.

Very clean, elevators that go directly to your floor as opposed to stopping at so many floors. Room was spacious & clean.

Parking is very expensive per day. I don¿t remember if it was noted that parking was not included.

Oh my goodness, everything was phenomenal. The staff were amazing! The room and service were too tier!

My AC was not working properly but maintenance came immediately. It was improved but still not quite cool enough.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 5-22-2023

The view was amazing! The glass shower. The price was good also. I saw a lot of reviews initially regarding parking issues so I was hesitant to stay here, but self- parking is on-site right in front of the entrance. No problems. It¿s abt $26 per day.

There was some kind of stain on the carpet near the window and the safe was broken.

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-21-2022

    Friendly helpful hotel staff.

There was no Ethernet outlets to work remote. Only wifi. No complimentary coffee. Breakfast and meals were expensive

The restaurant in the hotel was excellent, the parking was good.

Cleanliness of the room wasn¿t very good, had to run the sink for quiet awhile to get it to hot water. The AC was awful for such a small room. Was never told that the parking wasn¿t free was told to just the key card and it will let you in and out.

Right across the street from the music venue I attended at Market Hall. I walked there and back and felt safe doing so.

My room did not have a fridge, but I should have paid closer attention to the amenities listed.

They have great cocktails. The beds were firm and comfortable.

Unfortunately, housekeeping stole my pearl necklace from my room. I brought it with me incase my home was looted after the hurricane, and it ended up getting stolen from hotel room. Also, the steak I ordered for dinner was over cooked.

Convenient location, elegant atmosphere, and delicious restaurant

Our toilet functioned only about half the time. It needed about half an hour between flushes, or it would not flush at all.

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-14-2021

The rooftop pool is surrounded by tall concrete walls so you don¿t have a view of the city.

    10ThomasPosted on: 6-15-2021

The room, food, location was excellent.

The pool island pool area is very basic.

    3JamesPosted on: 6-2-2021

The room was clean. The hotel was conveniently located and in a safe location.

I am displeased with the room. It was at the end of the hall by the stairs. Youth would knock and run down the stairs. The room was unacceptably small. The king bed was too big for the room. Only an office chair to sit on. I paid $----- for two nights.

    2Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 4-6-2021

The view out the window. But not worth the price

Did not like having to pay for parking, having to pay for Wi-Fi, and breakfast. Next time I'll stay at a 3 star place where that stuff is included for free.

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 4-6-2021

the space of the room, the location

our first stay on a weekend, noted the parking lot space for a vehicle was small that was the parking lot became full due to other vehicle occupying 1 1/2 space.

    8NakiaPosted on: 3-30-2021

The architecture of the building was beautiful! I loved my room and the view! I think I enjoyed the shower the most!¿¿ The layout of the room is great! I had a King room and it was perfect. Decor and TV's were nice. Our waiter was very nice also.

There were a few things that disappointed me. The room did not have a microwave, also my sheets were not clean... we called the front desk for new sheets and we had to make the bed ourselves. Also the rooftop pool area was messy.

    5GaylePosted on: 3-29-2021

    The bathroom was very nice.

It was a very small room and had laminate flooring. Even on the 14th floor we could hear all of the highway noise very loudly. Motorcycles, sirens, the constant loud hum of cars. Rowdy groups in the hall too, banging doors.I won't go back that's for sure

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 1-26-2021

Clean rooms, Staff remembers my name, they follow covid protocols, excellent breakfast.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 10-6-2020

Loved the location of the room. Staff very friendly. Loved the snack/mini mart. Has everything you could need in case you happen to forget to pack an item. Great view of the sunset.

Didn’t enjoy paying $22 a day for parking. Also you have to pay $14.95 for basic wifi.. and that’s PER DAY. Unbelievable in 2020 at a hotel that at times felt empty but that has a $100+ room fee. Room very small.
