The entire staff, from the valet parking person to the check in person to the check out person (plus some in between) and as very kind , helpful, and outstanding. The room was pristine, modern, and comfortable. Cool place!

New, fresh, location.

AC was loud and blew directly on the bed.

My room didn¿t have a window and there was no mini bar. There was zero extras. Even Hampton Inn serves free coffee in the morning. There wasn¿t even a coffee maker in the room. It was gross and I would never tell anyone to use stay there.

Bed and pillows. Bed is hard and pillows are too soft. They need to be replaced.

Front Room bar and patio! Location works well too for wining, dining and shopping in the Highland Park area.

No coffee or bottled water in the rooms; very Spartan in terms of amenities when one considers the nightly rates. But the Front Room bar and patio works well for happy hour and evening glasses of wine!

Room was too Spartan in that there was no bottled water or coffee in it. Also, too much noise in the room due to the outside hallway activities.

The restaurant was closed. No place to get drinks or snacks. They served coffee from behind the front desk in the morning, and that is all. I paid for a upgraded King room with a pool view, I didn’t get that. Pets are allowed at there and lots of barkin

Great location, cleanliness and decor; curbside, lobby, and in the room.

No available bottled water, snacks available for purchase, refrigerator or coffee pot in room. Sadly, the front desk check in staff’s response was, “Sorry, but there are a lot of places near by.” ( this he said at 10pm to a single female). Not ok

Clean rooms and very friendly and attentive staff

We were not there long enough to encounter any issues.

The pool was open thank goodness cause the bars were closed and so was the restaurant

The location of the hotel was perfect for us. Easily less than 15 minute drive to everywhere we needed to go.

The hotel appears to be slightly understaffed.
