Lipstick on the pillows. Staff didn?t let me use the restroom after a long drive. Room smelled so bad I decided to not even stay and drive another 4hrs to get home

Ine of the main reasons for reservation was it was listed as breakfast included. There was no breakfast. It was a smoking room with ho ashtrays. Only provided 2 hand towels and 1 wash cloth. No towels for drying off body. Also no ice bucket / cups

Everything. Dirty from the ceiling to the floor. From the bathroom to the front door. Changed rooms and still gross.

It was close to the State Fair.

Hair in the bed and on bath floor, bare bulb, only 1 bath towel, 1 washcloth, 1 hand towel. No cups, no coffee pot, no iron, no breakfast (all things that the site said that they had). No clock, loud air conditioner, gum stuck under a lampshade.

Noisy dirty and need to be remodel.

It had space for all of my stuff.

The listing said free breakfast, however, there wasn¿t any. Also, the tub and sheets were dirty. There were stains and holes in the sheets. The hair dryer was broken. There wasn¿t a microwave or iron in our room as the listing had said.

The location is near a lot of fast food and Walmart.

We stayed in a smoking room because it was all they had left and it smelt horrible and was not clean. We received minimal towels and toilet paper and the floor was sticky. Scuffs in the wall. Nail polish on the furniture.

The room was very dirty the lady at the front desk had a bad attitude and didn't want to give me a refund for the room being dirty wouldn't advise no one to sleep here lack ofo Customer service Dirty sheet's on the bed dirty ice box

I was given a room that the TV did not work and when I call to report it they made me feel as though I was the problem they did not exchange my room until the next day and the staff handled it poorly

It was a nice size room , but had a very little tv , definitely could have had a bigger tv , and the stares to get to the second floor was in the back of building and there were no signs saying were they are , we had to ask someone how to get up to the

Only the front desk of attendant she was very rude and disrespectful. I have already filed a complaint with the corporate office

Staff was awful . Had bed bugs . They ignored the so not disturb sign I wrote and came In To clean anyways , they moved my suitcase and broke my glasses . Placed my dirty clothes on my food stuff ... mirror fell down on its own. Breakfast was awful

It was cheap.

Bathroom smelled like weed was stashed somewhere and the smoke detector was missing and exposed wires were hanging out of the wall.

On the outside it looks sketchy, but its just your average hotel on the inside. Everything was clean, but nothing special. Its a good place for a one night stay.

low price, good location for my plans. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK though minimal selection. Good coffee. Glad to have free WiFi.

Room was clean but very plain. Poor lighting. Bedding was plain, the bedspread was little more than a sheet. If pets were allowed, I did not know. Many (including my wife) might consider the location to be undesirable.

They advertised a continental breakfast. There is no longer breakfast being offered. And they did not have plates as promised as well.
