- After an hour on the phone, I went back to the front desk. The woman working was awesome. She got me booked in.

- The little jerk at the front desk in the oversized suit was rude twice. When trying to check-in. And then I guess I called after room service was not available. The little guy answered and said no it is closed and hung up.
