Nice room, clean, friendly staff at check in. Very good location. Right next to the DART stop.

One side of the hotel (outside our window) was the inside of an office building. The offices across the opening could easily see into the room if curtains are open.

Our room. We had a king & queen in the same room. It was wonderful for our family.

The valet parking. It's not their fault. They are WAY understaffed! We had to wait forever to get our car & we only needed it twice.

The staff was extremely accommodating and understanding of our parking situation. The restaurant was very relaxed and open with a big bar. Breakfast was phenomenal!

The parking garage was not close at all while still having to pay every time you leave for parking. Not very Camaro friendly although nothing really is.. It¿s cheaper and more convenient to pay the 30 for valet.

Located next to everything. Including public transportation.

Lazy staff. I arrived at 1:40am there were several staff members standing around but none of them were able to assist me with my bags and I had to walk from the public garage several time to my room.

Parking was available in a garage for $18/day, but the garage was a bit inconvenient to access.

We called room service multiple times for trash to be picked up, they didnt come our entire time, we asked for an extra blanket, never received it.

Good security (there was a shooting at the club across the street at 3am, but we felt safe enough). The restaurant/bar was good and reasonably priced. The room was large, good amenities, and everything was clean. I stayed 2 nights and would stay again.

No spa offered in the rooms (I would have happily paid more), restaurant menu was quite limited, and the club across the street was sketchy and had a shooting at 3am during our stay. Obviously NOT the hotel¿s fault. I would stay there again. No valet.

The valet guys were totally awesome.

The heater went out in my room and the hot water was not hot, it was warm at best.

It's a great location downtown. Good view from the 10 floor. Comfortable bed and amazing shower. Very clean.

The King Suite was below average and nor properly stocked. No toiletries other than hand soap and no microwave

The ac in the rooms could have definitely blown a little harder.. that was my only complaint & the fact that there was no housekeeping available instead you had to schedule a cleaning for your room. This is understandable given the situation of Covid 19..

Room was nice, bed was comfortable. Nice location. Streets looked deserted because of Covid. I wanted a night alone to study for finals away from home and I got peace and quiet I hoped for. would stay again.

It is confusing how to get from the Plaza America’s garage back to the lobby. The toilet was leaking but nothing major.

We enjoyed the view of downtown. Guest relations were very helpful and professional.
