Requested a room on 1st floor due to knee injury. Girl at desk ignored my request 2 times and gave me the farthest room on 3rd floor. Had to have key replaced twice. Spent several minutes each time trying to get door to work. Couldn’t sleep due to slammin

The customer service was amazing

I had to change rooms the first night because there was broken glass in the bathroom, in the bathroom door and on the floor left side of the bed

Slow response time from staff. Hot water didn't work .

Easy check-in. Clean lobby and clean room.

We didn't receive room service to change towels on our second day. The other disappointing part was people were smoking Marijuana in the rooms and outside the doors.

Liked the pool lounge area and the bistro bar.

Called and asked for an extra blanket 3 times to the front desk and spoke to the front desk once in person. Never got an extra blanket.

Staff and cleanliness

No pool was under construction. Had to pay for breakfast.

Like many hotels have started doing, there is a charge for parking even though it¿s just an open lot. Rooms are small.

I honestly can't think of 1 thing that stands out in a good way.

The air conditioner had the wires hanging out and were tangled in the curtains, the room smelled like mold, the couch and chair were stained, and ants tried to take over.

Attention to detail when cleaning rooms. There was a lot of lent in the AC vent.

Location, Location, Location. I was in close proximity to everything food and entertainment. The room was pretty clean and spacious. The swiftness of the cleaning team in bringing fresh towels, I surely appreciated.

The improper customer service delivered by hotel emplyoee (unsure of how to spell his name). He was not understanding and lacks professionalism in his dress.

I liked that it was so close by to just about everything in Dallas.

Room had a funky smell at first and was stuffy. Once the room cooled down it was better. The pool and hang out patio was closed, that but a small dent in out stay.

Clean, quiet and lots of hot water

Small things like small amount of wall paper peeling in bathroom, a shower door that was hard to open and close, and no soap in the dispensers in the shower.

The location was ok

Customer service was rude. No hand sanitizer in any of stations no one wearing masks. Lied to about parking. Was told it was free then had a charge for it on my card. Screen door on patio was sitting next to it. Door to patio was off track. Wrong bed type

The quiet ness

Everything inside the hotel was closed due to COVID even the fire pit sit down area outside.

Clean and friendly staff, near the hospital where my brother was in ICU. Very accommodating and kind.

Front desk was friendly and understanding. Room was near perfect.

More USB outlets.

The women that check me in was very helpful and gave me some good suggestions on how to get to the concert that night. I also felt safer at night because they had a security guard out on a golf-cart watching the parking lot and the cars.

Quiet, perfect location, attendant was sweet, beds great, lots of mini perks/accessories. Latecheckout was convenient thank you

No complimentary breakfast. But it was located by dennys so still cool

We loved the shower and the gym. Loved the free breakfast and all the amenities, really.

Seems that the cleanliness of the room could have been better.
