The staff was phenomenal and extremely friendly and helpful

The hotel seemed a little run down. The room was not dirty but obviously needed some improvement.

Great staff, very helpful. Front desk lady very polite and responsive.

The staff made our stay welcoming and pleasant, every time we came in they?d ask if we need bottled water and always had something nice to say, front desk was very helpful and professional.

I would say it?s time to start upgrading the rooms as there is wear and tear starting to show, bathrooms could use an exhaust fan.

First greeting was not great and was not able to answer simple questions about the hotel. Never told me about amenities, breakfast nothing.

Was told there was a lot of street noise d/t proximity to freeway. Hotel provided a sound machine and earplugs in room. Never really heard street noise though. We did heard the neighbors a few times when they woke up in the morning.

Good location. Clean hotel.

No water pressure. Next to the freeway so it can get loud. The power went out once during my stay due to rain. Fire alarm came on twice out of no where while we were sleeping and elevator stopped working due to that.

Friendly front desk staff, mostly quiet room, excellent hot breakfast, and coffee/hot beverages available all the time.

There were noisy neighbors the second night... sounded like someone running back and forth upstairs and slamming into things until after 11 pm.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We would stay here again.

Freeway noise

Very clean and comfortable. It's right next to the freeway so you can definitely hear traffic but they provide earplugs which take care of that issue. The location was ideal for us, just minutes away from the concert venue. Front desk was very polite.

It was close to the airport.

It is super close to the highway (I35). There is a lot of highway noise. I would ask to be on the back side of the hotel next time to be away from the highway noise.

The hotel was clean! The room was very nice! I hardly heard the traffic passing by.

Modern, clean look with comfortable bed. A little noise from adjacent hall and rooms but not too serious.

Hotel is very close to busy interstate. Traffic noise made it difficult to sleep well. If you stay here you should request a room on the side opposite from the freeway.

Close to our destination

Pool was unavailable. I requested a hotel with a pool. I would have like to have been notified of it being out prior to our arrival so we could have made other plans. That was a big part of our visit. It was my son¿s birthday and he was so disappointed

Great location fir flying out of love field

The noise levels are terrible. We had to call twice for parties then the walls are paper thin. You hear everything. Hard to get the staff on the phone or the front desk.
