Cons -

I changed room 3xs... roaches everywhere and it wasn't clean..tub was stopping up wasn't draining out tha drain
Really low quality, 75 years old. Run down. On its last leg. Poor roku TV service.
Property a mess, rooms dirty. Floor very dirty and had to get maid to come in and clean the bathroom. When we arrived we noted a sign attached to the motel by the city of Dallas: "Habitual Nuisance Property: The City of Dallas Code Compliance Services Department has declared this site a Habitual Nuisance Property under Article VIII, Chapter 27, of the Dallas Code." Beware!
