From the valet service to the front desk All had a welcoming customer service attitude!

Was disappointed in the food we ordered- my hamburger was a frozen patty not sure if it was real meat

I liked the decor of the room and location of the hotel.

Yes, housekeeping did not put fave towels in the room and took over a hour after 3 calls to bring them to me.

had to ask for each day multiple times for room to be cleans, towels were old and torn. No refrigerator in room, under staffed, breakfast took 30 minutes to get food. Overall, that good

It was close to where we were going.

The room was dirty, brown crusty stuff on the blanket. The bathroom was not the cleanest. The shower looked as though it had not been cleaned in months. The blow dryer kept shorting out while I was using it.

Charming hotel with a European feel. Great large rooms.

Not their problem but the hotel is surrounded by construction and the street is partially closed.

The Lobby is beautiful.

Paying over $50.00 ($42.00 plus tax) for parking and adding tips to that is too expensive! Pool needs to have longer hours when it¿s 98 outside.

We have stayed here many times. The location is great and the vibe of the hotel food if perfectly.

First room AC wasn¿t working. E we¿re told to give it a few minutes. Finally got moved to a new room. Staff was helpful, but certainly not apologetic and didn¿t really seem to be concerned about our satisfaction. Disappointing stay at a hotel we usually

Nice bed, pillows and sheets

The dispensers in the shower were out of hair conditioner and body wash. It took 3 days to have them refilled. One day, housekeeping came to make up the room. I was still in it and I asked her to come back in 10 minutes. She never came back.

Location

The hotel's cold water was not working and I had to sponge bath with scalding hot water. As I was checking out, I overheard other guests also complaining about this as well.

Manager was nice, as was bartender

Our room was not clean. Floor not swept, no soap, counters dirty and the bed had stains. I had to go to the front desk twice to get the room cleaned. The manager ended up vacuuming our room while a maid changed the sheets. An unfortunate experience.

Housekeeping staff very accommodating and helpful and kind in bringing extra towels and bedding.

Front desk seemed a little understaffed but that¿s to be expected I guess in todays world?

Super cute hotel; nice bar. Staff was helpful and friendly. The pool looked amazing but it was too cold to swim the day we were there. Would stay again!

The drain in the shower was VERY slow, so that was not great. And the restaurant didn't seem to be opened if we had wanted to grab breakfast.

Location. Historic. Well maintained

Toilet did not flush. I asked for it to be fixed while I was out for a few hours. Did not happen. Engineering came later in the day and said it was fixed. It wasn't. It only worked intermittently. Reported to Mgt. They never responded.

The night clerk and the morning housekeeping staff were great very friendly and helpful

The day shift clerk was nit very friendly and gave incorrect information about kitchen being closed which prevented us from eating breakfast only to find out it was open when we originally asked

Quiet and comfortable rooms

Not operating at full capacity. Bar rarely open, food options limited. Soap and shampoo missing from room

Bedding was very comfortable and the AC was great!

No coffee in the room.

Room was very clean. Comfortable bed and bedding. Enjoyed the extra drop bathtub.

Parking fees should found easier on the website. In room checkout was unavailable.

We were told there was limited restaurant options because of covid. More accurate would have been "no food options" Our room was right across the street from a bar that was playing very loud music late into the night.
