The Location & size of the room for my family.

Some of the staffing was rude & this one personally . Don’t know how to treat/talk to guests & stays on her phone with her AirPods in like she don’t be at work.

Overcharged me! Even though we prepaid. Manager has not return my call.

only that it wasn?t warmer so I could use the pool, lol.

Location to hospitals and other family members nearby

Could not communicate with the cleaning staff. They claimed to not speak English.

Staff was so kind and welcoming. Great room-clean! Awesome breakfast! All my favs!

Convenient location to airport and downtown. Clean. Helpful and efficient staff

Not a problem for us but there are homeless right off of the property.

The breakfast was mediocre and the shower was cold/ lukewarm the entire time

We liked location which was close to visit family. Which we do every 3 months. Room was very clean and mostly well equipped. I would repeat, but would just check on details before hand and bring my own pillow

Room wasn't ready until 4. We waited in lobby for 1 1/2 hours. The pillows are too soft for my taste. They charged $50 deposit , which I was unaware of when I did the booking. Now need to wait a week to hope for the deposit returned. No shampoo or conditioner in the big dispensers in the shower. Didn't know until already wet in the shower. Breakfast was basic

Very clean and in a great area, room was very spacious and nice. Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Will be staying here again!

The bed was so comfortable and allowed for a great night's sleep. The breakfast was great too!

During my stay, with two days left to go, housekeeping asked me if I was checking out because their system said I was. That was so weird but thankfully it didn't become a bigger issue. Honestly though? There isn't much to not like. It was a very comfortable stay!

Very clean and home like , will definitely come back when in Dallas . Breakfast was great

Although cute room and hotel in general the bed was uncomfortable the walls are extra thin we could here everything outside our door plus we had the privilege of having the ice machine right by our room

Room was nice and clean. Staff was kind and attentive. I enjoyed the comfortable and quiet atmosphere

Property felt unsafe. So many items were loud and obnoxious, the dishwasher made noise all night
