Daytime staff was ride and was quick to pass judgement for no reason.

The staff and manager was rude.. They rented us a room that did not lock.. they expected for me to be ok with not being able to lock the room door.. they had no type of customer service at all.. they tried to belittle me and my husband and sister.. they talked to us like we was in the wrong.. we were nothing but respectful til we were constantly disrespected.. the manager approached me like he was going to beat me up because his staff lied on me.. all together it was the worse experience ever and the room was not worth the price

Nothing i stayed there several times and every time was trash and i didnt like any of it couldnr even enjoy the out side cause traffic

Location was fine, close to Baylor Medical about 10-12 minute drive depending on traffic. No breakfast.

Non-smoking room reeked of smoke, roaches crawling on the floor, room was clean enough but very out dated. I was suppose to stay for 2 nights I checked out the next morning.

I had nothing to like.

I didn't like the fact that they took my reservation and after driving over 30 minutes, I arrived to a hotel with NO POWER!!The power had been out even at the time I made my reservation.

The reason I’m very upset is because I booked online I drove 3hrs and when I got there it had no power they shouldn’t have rooms online available if they didn’t have power

The staff was rude, even made fun of my friend in a wheelchair

The whole motel was trash.

I broke down in truck and they worked with me while i waited for my mechanic to come get me. I greatly appreciate their patients.

I loved the fact that it had a kitchenette. Perfect for an extended stay.

Kitchen.

Pretty sure they have issues with females. Would it kill them to at least pretend to be nice??? My young children had to watch their unnecessary behavior.
