Pros +

Staff and style and cleanliness

Cons -

Staff told me I would be listed for shuttle ride at 4 am to airport. Driver would check for me before departing. Received requested wakeup call at 3:45. Took till 4 to haul bags down stairs (elevator broke) and reach hotel front--shuttle left me stranded.
