The wifi worked that is the only thing good about this place

There were roaches and the ac didn't work and they would not exchange rooms

I would literally sleep outside or in my car before I go back to that particular one.

I didn't like the fact that I asked along with other tenants there to switch to another room because of an unruly couple. The staff attendant rudely reminded us that we would lose our money if we would have left. I literally got no sleep

Everything. Construction work being done around entire building. It's so old and so ran down it really should be shut down. I checked into my room and immediately upon check in wanted to turn around and leave. Slept in my coat all night no heat

I just like the location and the parking. Other than that zero

Yes, I have a lot of pictures that I took. First, the room was so dirty looks like someone poops on the wall. Secondly, the there¿s no door handle at all and behind the door was super nasty . Thirdly, it¿s only One towel in the room for using the shower

The fact that the bed wasn't a QUEEN. The bathroom door was stuck (pocket door). The lobby smelled like marijuana. The side entrance door would not LOCK.The sheets were dirty.

The location is the only thing going for it. The rooms are nasty and are priced higher than every really nice hotel relatively close in distance from this dump.

Yhe run down condition of the rooms and property. The staff and management are rude and very unprofessional the majority of the guest seem less than desirable and shifty.

Roaches in room, faux wood floors were filthy (too dark to see, but socks were black within an hr), linens were badly stained & while I did request a smoking room, didn't expect entire 1st floor to smell so strongly of weed both inside room & in hallway

I gave this motel another chance and the management and the room was worse than before. DON'T STAY HERE IF IT'S THE LAST AVAILABLE ROOM IN DALLAS! ZERO STARS! THE WORST IN TEXAS!

The place smelled, the bed was horrible and the covers were dirty and stained and burned

I like the rooms and the service It's a pretty decent room and cable for the stay. Plenty of parking space. The entrance is clean, hallways are clean and there are ice rooms that are clean as well.

Decent hotel, The price is a bit high because there's no microwave or refrigerators in the rooms for it to be $75 a night and $80 on the weekends is a bit ridiculous and there is no elevator for your belongings so you have to carry your stuff up the stairs which is exhausting. When they go to check the room at 11am no one's at the front deck which leaves customers waiting which can be annoying someone should be up there at all times.
