The customer service was absolutely outstanding. Everyone was extremely attention, timely and professional. The hotel is perfectly situated with an immediate feeling of VIP personality and style! The property was spotless, of extreme high class and stylis

Loved every single thing about this hotel.

Great service. The elevator is so fast at closing. The room is very spacious and had two vanity sinks. Like the rain type shower. The stool in the toilet area is nice. Liked the light over the door. Loved the bear type rug at end of the bed.

Got confused on the 100 the incidental getting put on pending bank charge. When I parked my car was confusing to find the hotel entrance. It is a high end residential area. My room had a view of the roof. One tree by the bar restaurant is half dead.

The people were amazing.  the manager of the hotel, truly fantastic people. Would go back to the hotel because of the guest service.

Yes, the fact the restaurant wasn¿t open at all during the whole stay. I would have much rather eaten at the restaurant than having to venture out.

Liked the location and access to restaurants and shops

I was not told that my room was a block from the hotel and that I had to walk up a flight of stairs with my suitcase and laptop. One of the hotel staff helped me but it was disappointing as I wanted to stay at the main hotel.

A nice room in a North Dallas urban community, very clean. Breakfast is via a busy cafe next door. They have a remarkable pool complex, but we did not use. Activities such as group yoga and pickleball are available for the residents of the community, we did not participate.

Approach to hotel is a little awkward traffic-wise, but self parking is available and we appreciated, as well as valet which we did not use.Typical coffee machines in rooms but hotel policies were a little stingy with cartridges.

There was a coffee shop, but didnt stop by.

The cleaning on this property is horrible. Upon arrival bathroom shower hair in it, on the wall. Sheets were dirty , ordered for more sheets those as well were dirty. The furniture had stains on it. It was me and my 2 kids . We stayed for 2 days. I went to the pool with my kids . Showered, woke up the bect day and had small bumps all over my arms and legs , luckly my kids did not get bit.

The Drey has wonderful shared spaces in conjunction with “The Village”, a new(ish) development — including access to a new, expansive gym and beautiful pools. It has several dining options nearby in addition to a restaurant and bar in the hotel lobby. The black out curtains were great, especially given my room had a perfect view of the sunrise.

Contained within a little village - with Cafes and shops around. Lots of Young people coming and going. A clean little escape from the city. Common areas smell nice and are uniquely decorated. Big Rooms.

Location, cleanliness, friendliness

Very clean and great rooms. The restaurant is great both for breakfast and dinner.

The restaurant was not open for breakfast on Saturday morning.

The staff was very kind and accommodating. Super sleek and clean. Not many hotels offer balconies and kitchens with full ovens and refrigerators.

Check in was postponed about 1.5 hours. Front desk provided drink passes to use on property in wait.

Won’t spend the money again

The pool wasn’t open which was the main reason we stayed. It opened at 10 am the day of check out which was 11. The didn’t give us a reason.

Nice boutique hotel, nice decor, new and comfortable.

Scarce parking. They charge a $25 us fee per night… wonder what that is for as this is a limited service hotel.

Loved the customer service on checkin and the beautiful clean room that almost felt like a resort.
