This go around the staff was very accommodating.. and I’m very appreciative of that… will be booking again

Walking out to my car and there was a pile of dog poo on the sidewalk… which is crazy because they have a area for pets

Bed was not king size it wasn’t even a queen size. It was a full!!! not enough towels in the room!!

Staff was really nice. Walking distance within Gas Stations and restaurants too.

The worst day i've ever had over there

There were A lot of drugs activities going on right across from my door all night. Prostitutes standing outside. There was smoking their crack and heroin right in the opening in the little hallway where the washer and dry is located. it was just a bad experience and if I could have gotten my money back. It was a bad experience.

The room was clean and the size was decent. The bed was comfortable, the water was good and warm and the AC worked well.

The noise level of neighbors was very irritating. The music from the neighbor above me was really really loud. They played their music really late into the early morning the majority of the time of my stay, which made it difficult to have a good night sleep.

Needs Attention

Roaches!!!! Clean the lights overhead!! There were a dozen dead roaches stuck in the overhead light. Room smelled. Outside corridor smelled like urine. Place is in poor shape.

The staff was bad the room was bad my daughter turn on the tv a soon she turn it on there was porn I was like WTF I told the services about it they said it was normal plus they said I need to return that remote control we told them we didn't want room services we just want to sleep they they still knock on the room when it was time to check out they when n knock on the room we told them we there getting ready then they when back to knock on the room saying we where we taking to long

Staff was friendly

Parking lot was full of people walking around making noyse. Beds were all saggy and uncomfortable.Roaches all over the roomUnsafe environment, drunk people outside , crackheads walking around.Felt unsafe leaving the vehicle outside. Table inside the room full of rust, 1 light didnt work and 1 was flickering

The bed was fairly comfortable and I liked that it had a refrigerator.

The man working the office was creepy...he told me 4 times I could park in front of the room, but the space in front of the room was handicapped only. No problem, I just parked across the lot. Almost as soon as I got into the room, the phone rang. It was the worker again telling me I could park in front of the room. He was watching me! The TV had a channel with port on it... easily accessible via the remote. Good thing I didn't have any kids with me! And while the room appeared clean but worn, I found 2 dead cockroaches and 1 almost dead cockroach (it was moving its legs but couldn't run away). The inside of the fridge was rusty and dirty, and there were no table lamps at all. The only lights were the can lights in the ceiling, which were harsh and didn't light the areas of the room I wanted to use, for example, the desk! About 2am, I heard a lady yelling and arguing with someone, and heard glass break. Will NEVER come back again.

Poor

I used booking.com it said two rooms available. I secure my booking online. I go from across town just to arrive at the facility and a sign reads no vacancy and the staff signals from a distance before entering and no more. Then I see my email and it is a message from the facility. I wish they would have communicated this sooner. I figured it was a system glitch.

The availability of the reservation at a moments notice

This place was terrible. We stayed in room 115 and were kept up all night by room 114. The foot traffic was horrendous. Over 30 people knocked that night to buy drugs and prostitution. It was a nightmare knowing all this illegal activity could blow at any second. N

I did not like it. Because once it became night all the drug dealers came out. I am assuming that is what they was doing because they was stand out all night lone cars will pull up and leave. People was looking like they was up to no darn good

I seen one man sleep in his car all night lone. I seen another man in the front seat of his van turned backwards and what seems like he was sleeping backwards in the front seat.

The room was basic but clean.Everything worked in the room
