Marriott Dallas Uptown

Everything! From the moment we entered the valet parking lot to our departure two days later, this hotel was one of our favorites to stay at!

My coffee maker was broken and conditioner was out, but the hotel staff quickly and promptly addressed these issues.

Valet staff were ALL great and fast! Location great! Infinity pool very nice. Check out staff very friendly and accommodating.

Check-in lady charged room twice to card & never sent up ice as requested at check in. Also, the in room coffee cup & lid are trash. I spilled both of mine bc the cup is so flimsy and lid barely fits.

Brand new, clean and close to everything

The room was so modern and awesome.

The pool was very crowded and it looked dirty. There was a parking fee $35 a night that I was not told about and there was no free Wi-Fi.

Location was ok. Room was clean. Staff was accommodating but not overbearing about my service animal. Bar drinks were strong. Breakfast provided a good spread with enough choices for all age groups

Staff didn’t clean the room when we were gone and they tried to come back at a weird time (6pm maybe?) Bar staff ignored us when we sat at the high tops right in view of the bar. We booked a balcony room just to find out it was an error on booking.com but the hotel needs to address this asap. No parking. For the price, that should be included.

Clean, friendly staff

Terrible value for the money. No valet help, no bell service, no restaurant, no bar. Terrible for $400 plus per night.

Service was excellent. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Location was great. Rooms were modern and clean.

Parking for guests should be complementary. 45 dollars per day is high.

Nice big clean room

The smell when you got off the elevator on the 5th floor was horrendous. No safe

The location is terrible. The streets are small, under construction and busy. The street parking is very limited. Also the hotel has very limited parking and no self parking. The underground parking (which I could not use) was hard to get into and out of. The lobby and hallways also had a strange odor. Also the hot water didn't last.For almost $500 for 1 night it was not a good value. I expected better.

We had a unionists and it was large. The facility was so clean and nice. No jacuzzi. Beautiful pool area. They provide water which I loved.

Was a little expensive. Dallas wasn’t a very walking city so the area of uptown wasn’t what I thought it would be. Location-wise. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Staff was lovely.

The hotel is very nice and very clean. Views are nice. Pool is very nice with the view. Room service was fast and good selection. ALL employees were very very nice and super helpful!

1. Really really hard to find the entrance. Would be nice to have a check in temporary parking area. 2. No vending machines. Got hungry at night and no food or snacks anywhere or nearby!

the restaurant had irregular hours, and very inexperienced staff. all were pleasant but not necessarily excellent at their work yet.

Location is super and in nice part of town. New hotel, looks like on the pictures.

Would love if the breakfast could be included in price. That was the only minus.
