Be sure to read the instructions carefully. The room lock isn’t intuitive. Also, it took a minute for us to figure out the underground parking layout, and it was a bit claustrophobic for my wife. However, there were plenty of spots at the lower levels on a Saturday.

Great, roomy one bedroom apartment. It had a nice bathroom and laundry. Central location downtown with lots of things in walking distance. King bed was comfy and kitchen had just enough. Would stay here again.

Nothing major: Needs more hooks and towel bars in the bathroom. Getting in was hard- I never recieved "the email" which gave you the code and instructions on how to get in. The concierges didn't reply. I had to call an 800 number. Needless to say it took about 30 mins to get into the room. Was unclear if there was housekeeping? We had to ask someone in the hallway for towels. If a band is playing at the club you WILL hear it loud and clear until it ends at 11.

Loved the view of the city, plus, we saw a hawk and a couple of great egrets flying by a few times, which was awesome. The room was clean and cold upon arrival. Bed was comfy. The location was convenient and within walking distance to every place we wanted to visit. Parking was easy and convenient. The young man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

For the price, the room is very basic. I’ve stayed at cheap motels with more amenities. Not having a mini fridge/microwave was inconvenient. (Can’t keep cold drinks or store leftovers) They should’ve invested in basic appliances/furniture. An entry table to set down keys/purse/wallet would’ve be nice too, there is definitely the space for it. The coffee bar was very warped and water damaged which was off putting.

Really good location and ver nice room. I have eaten at the club restaurant which was ver nice and high end. I did enjoy very much.

There was no breakfast location and I had to go to the building's ground floor in a café for breakfast. Not a trainsmah, just a bit disappointing.

Very convenient location downtown with lots of bars and restaurants close by. The Apartment was on the 49th floor with spectacular views of the city. The apartment was well equipped with everything you need. Very clean and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally helpful.
