The cleanliness

The staff at check-in charged me for additional $400 for a room that was prepaid for. I couldn't get my funds back and was told to use it at the hotel. Horrible experience

Location- convenient to the freeway, shopping & restaurants

Parking garage charge $20 a day, shared space with lesser quality hotel, parking on the street is limited

Cleanliness and the location

I booked a King Size suite withs Sofa. However, upon arrival I was checked into a wheelchair accessible room. After requesting a room change, I was told the hotel was booked for the weekend. Also, this room was booked a month prior to my visit.

The hotel was very clean and I loved that the rooms were up to date.

Lack of parking, but you could pay $26 for the parking garage.

Staff rude. Parking not included and very expensive. Also parking not attached to hotel and hotel is not in a desired location. There is no reason to charge a high price for a room and then leverage a client when they arrive for more money

The location was very close to all the places I wanted to go to.The Mall is across the street and there is a target next door so location wise it is excellent

I was informed that there would be room service everyday but all they did was add towels and nothing else

The room was nice and enjoyed the overall look of the hotel.

For some reason I was charged for parking even though I did not use the parking garage. There was plenty of parking spots available along the street that is free. I had to call the hotel and ask what the charge was for (annoying) but they refunded.

The fact the room was clean and everything was good and the staff was great and I¿ll back going back soon!

Very clean and spacious

My room had an air conditioning unit on the floor that was rather loud and hard to figure out.

Staff was great !! Lobby was cool had bar Food was great drinks was great .Gym was nice . Had great time I stay there again.mall next door.Macys Had pool too close at 10pm

Everything was great

The hotel is designed beautifully, great room size.

There is no cleaning staff at all due to "covid" they will not clean your room even upon request. You can get fresh towels daily. Front staff was rude upon arrival.

I loved the location of the hotel it was super convenient to walk to the galleria weather permitted and we also loved the gym and pool!

We were very disappointed with the fact that there was no dinning kid friendly area in the evening time after 5. We approached the bar tender and simply asked him if there were any kid friendly items and he was rude and said ¿not really¿. So we doordashd

Very nice clean, and up scale.

The check in time was horrible, my wait time for our room was long. They claimed the staff was still cleaning the rooms and it wasn¿t until 7pm that I was able to go into our room. I recommend they work on promptness.

Great location, pleasant pool and decor

Toilet seat was broken, staff wasn’t very pleasant.

The hotel was modern in design and very clean, both in the public and private spaces. The staff was available and professional. The rooms are comfortable.
