Cons -
- The staff at check-in charged me for additional $400 for a room that was prepaid for. I couldn't get my funds back and was told to use it at the hotel. Horrible experience
- Parking garage charge $20 a day, shared space with lesser quality hotel, parking on the street is limited
- I booked a King Size suite withs Sofa. However, upon arrival I was checked into a wheelchair accessible room. After requesting a room change, I was told the hotel was booked for the weekend. Also, this room was booked a month prior to my visit.
