Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Dallas I-30 Cockrell Hill

Every time I've stayed there it's been great. Unfortunately this time y'all booked me, took my money and the hotel had no open rooms. So at the last minute I had to find a shitty hotel to stay in and I'm currently out the money for both of them....

Nope. I love everything about this hotel. Just hated that Priceline doesn't have their shit together and gave me a false sense of security thinking I have a place to stay and then in the end I don't have a place to stay and now I'm still short my money...

The location,close to downtown

There were big flies in our room upon arrival, killed most of them. But it was comfortable & affordable

Spacious, well designed, most of the amenities. Great staff and really good breakfast with omelettes, bacon, and potatoes.

I got a king-sized bed room through a third party, and it did not have a bathtub, or a shower wand and chair for the shower. So no bath! I am 73 and cannot stand up for a shower.

Franchisees policy is to Not to place a spare roll of toilet paper in the room. We checked late and didn¿t feel like chasing down a spare. There was a roll with a 10th of a roll in the room. This is not the Hampton or Hilton standard!

I liked the staff was friendly enough and the beds and towels clean and well stocked and the room was very clean

the bathroom vent did not work and the blinds can't be closed and the pool was not available it was a horrible experience for what it sounded like you get on the website very disappointed only good this was the location was exactly what I needed.

I was charged for a king room but they only had two queens I need my account to be credited and that matter to be fixed

Nothing at all

Everything was bad. I told the man at the front desk that there was a big spot on our bed and he offered to give ME a sheet to change the bed instead of the housekeeping staff. And might I add he had a huge attitude rolling his eyes as if we were bothering him for expressing our concerns. Claims no one from housekeeping was there which is absurd. I wouldn’t let my dog stay at this hotel needs to be shut down!!
