    Cons -

    • The location And not being told about parking rate before hand the hotel basically fraudulent charge guest cards without telling them the daily parking rate
    • Nightly staff a bit unorganized, paying for parking
    • The rooms with queen beds are insanely loud - overlooking the highway, with the loud motorcycles all night long, perhaps the double bed rooms are on the west side and not as loud.

    Location

Cleanliness, water pressure of shower, smell of the room; smelled like cigarette smoke, no microwave, paid for parking. It should be apparent on the website with the parking fees and lack of microwave.

Location has road noise, so the room had a sound machine. Great unexpected feature!

Huge room, but reall just too big!

    1) HAVING TO PAY TO PARK IN YOUR PARKING LOT. 2) Turning OFF the lights in the lobby at night. 3) rude employees both check-in & over night. 4) 1 elevator broken & I was on the 8th floor. 5) The set-up, location of & breakfast options was horrible

    1KailynPosted on: 8-7-2024

    NOTHING!

no queen beds, no central ac, the window unit rattled all night, no sky bar, $200 deposit, breakfast was nasty, no mirror in the room, bedding was ripped and itchy. Hated it is being nice!

    Friendly staff and free breakfast

Close to freeway. Very loud in my room and there was a bright light shining into my room all night. The rooftop bar is not opened. Was close to the market center but had to cross a busy highway to get there. There is a lot of homeless people in the area.

    Room is spacious and clean

Too noisy because it is too close to the big busy streets. Double windows may reduce noise significantly. Shower water was too cold 2 out of 3 days of my stay.

    Location

The only option for parking was valet $35 which I thought was too high.

Location: The proximity to downtown was great!

Astonishing amount of highway noise. First night was rough. Asked the staff to move rooms and they were very accommodating in doing so.

    8MichaelPosted on: 3-13-2024

Nice hotel. Sky bar was cool.

Didn't realize parking was going to be valet only. And car was literally like 50 feet from the door. Would have preferred to park myself.

    7Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 2-5-2024

It was very secure. I really liked that you need a keycard to use the elevator. The rooms were spacious with plenty of storage. The pillows and blankets were very soft.

The beds were a bit hard and lumpy. The toilet was sometimes hard to flush since you have to hold down the button for a certain amount of time, but it saves water so I understand.

    7LatoshaPosted on: 12-2-2023

The hotel and room was very clean.

Did not like that they only have valet parking in such a small parking lot. We parked our own car and had to pay the $35 for valet. Also, because of its proximity to the highway there was a lot of noise in the room. Breakfast was mediocre.

    Location

Parking is $35 which they call is Valet and once you pay for the parking they will tell you to park your car in the parking. They have only one microwave by to main counter and it was super dirty

The aesthetic of the hotel was really cool. The furniture in the lobby was very well put together.

All the events that took place at the hotel bar. It made the hotel guests uncomfortable to be there during a non private event. Being kicked out of the bar for an event was also extremely aggravating.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-19-2023

I really enjoyed the breakfast selection and pancake maker.

The beds were hard and very uncomfortable. I also wish they had an EV charging station on site.

    10MelissaPosted on: 9-13-2023

The staff was very helpful and the hotel breakfast was delicious.

The charge for valet parking (no option) . I didn¿t appreciate a last minute charge of $40 just for a Saturday- Sunday stay.

    5CalebPosted on: 7-10-2023

Location and great soaps in bathroom

$35 valet parking for overnight is a bit excessive for not being in the middle of downtown

    9ChantayPosted on: 6-6-2023

Clean room nice staff, coffee and hot cocoa always available

Wasn¿t told about valet only for parking,
