Air conditioning was on in the room when I got there

Hotel charged me for the room even though I prepaid

Comfortable bed and good "hot" breakfast. Nice size room and good value for the price.

Bathroom could have been cleaned better and room should have been checked for bad light bulbs.

The hotel was dirty all weekend elevator, lobby, hallways, room look like it was clean quickly dusty.

Staffers were friendly.

The thin wallls, we can the neighbors partying all night every night.

Had 2 rooms, for me & coworker. My TV didn’t work & her shower, both had to call the front desk to fix. I had a walk in shower which leaked Into the entry, causing me to slip & fall on the tile when I went to leave the room. Didn’t report but shouldâ€

Fish staff was great is your oil town so you have a lot of dirt coming in and out they try to keep it as clean as possible but the staff was great

I thought I was getting a room in Victoria, TX. This property was 40 miles from my requested location

It was nice desk lady at night was nice the lady in the breakfast area was rude , couldn’t get milk because she already put 6 out be for real that’s a big place need more than six lady other than her rude behavior, we I joyed it

The rude lady

I liked the young man at the front desk. He was very professional, helpful and listened to my complaints. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The water pressure in the shower felt like I was going through a car wash I felt so clean.

When we went up to our room there was a man already in there with his stuff laid out everywhere. I was completely in shock because we had just checked in assuming our room would be empty. Thankfully he was nice and understood the hotel had made a mistake. We went down stairs and the nice young man put us in a new room. I had to walk down stairs to get wash cloths because there was none in the room. Also the next morning around 7:30 we were woken up by house keeping trying to come in the didn't knock or anything. Thankfully we had the extra lock on. I opened the door and they walked back and said they thought we were gone even though check out wasnt until 11.

It was clean, and nearby our destination.

It was not what I expected from Holiday Inn. It was definitely an older property. The shower was very slippery when wet. It could use some more, or newer, anti slip grips on the bottom.

The breakfast was fresh and very good.

My coffee was not replaced after I used it the first day. The 2nd morning I had to go down to the breakfast area to get coffee.

There was no service on the 4th of July. The shelf in the bathroom was dirty and dusty. Had to ask for towels and for trash to be removed after 3 days of stay. Hallways were hot

Staff member at desk on arrival was very professional. Breakfast cook was nice and engaged in conversation with me. She asked me if everything was good.
