Location/ cheap

Outside dirty and unkept. Lot of neglected maintenance. No one staffing at check-in. Lobby loced all the time.

I didn¿t like it at all! The reviews were so off it was upsetting.

It was dirty, I took pictures. It smelled like smoke, which I requested non smoking. The fridge was leaking. It was humid in the room, I tried to adjust ac and nothing. It was horrible and I would not recommend!

It was the cheapest in the area.

The room was dirty, and I don't mean something small. Literally every where you looked it was disgusting! The sheets had stains. The nighstand between the beds was filthy. Someone left behind a dirty sock and loofa which were left in the room.

We stayed at this location before and just like on our previous visit it was spotless.

Our room Did not have kitchen area as before. We should have checked into that.

Hotel employee was very courteous and accommodated our very late arrival and extended our checkout. Which was a comfort for us, after a not so pleasant experience at another hotel in another area.

The free coffee

I was in a room near the vending machine ask to be moved and it was down hill after that. I moved to 2 more rooms one was dirty the 2nd may have had a guest in it. The bed was unmade & the tv was on. So I went back to the 1st room. This is a motel (new)

The room was larger than I expected, very clean, nice bathroom with micro fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Overall a very good experience.

The second night the hotel staff was an idiot at 2 am took 30 minutes to sigh in then gave us a room take was already taken.

It seemed clean and the breakfast attendant was really helpful.

Staff told me that most of their guest were oilfield workers that woke up early, so be sure and make my kids be quiet tonight. Then they gave my room away at midnight to 3 men. They gave them a working key and only the top lock stopped them.

Owners are super friendly. They will bring you around town if you want to drink and not drive. Great people. Ask for Neil

Although a chain small town service and hospitality.

Went out their way to make me feel comfortable and welcome. Out their way to provide little extras and a great value. 10 stars.

I was very impressed with this hotel. It over exceeded my expectations for the star level it is. Everything was perfect.

The room was excellent, the staff was very helpful, and they serve a hot breakfast. Nothing not to like here.

Location and TV works

Wasn't really cleaned last minute change room bcus the original room booked wasn't ready. The breakfast section is always or not have enough foods even though your there early as it opens they only have cereals and coffee provided

The price.

The curtain was falling off. No smoke detector. No phone. Hole in ceiling covered with card board.

The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful.

The room was questionable. It was a large room but had no furniture other than the bed. There was one pillow on the king size bed and it was made up with only sheets, no comforter. The window had a giant crack through the glass, there were white stains on the floor tiles, and there was a granite counter top leaning just outside our door. It served the purpose of sleeping but I did not feel comfortable with my kids walking on the floor or bathing in the tub.
