Location. The overall cleanliness of the property was good. Great price made up for some of the little issues we encountered
remodel worked - nice
rooms are big

Cons -

Did not like having dead bugs in the room. Must have been exterminated but never followed up on removing the bugs.
Hard to find
Steam from the shower set off the alarm. They charged me 400 dollars. I tried to tell them but they didn't listen.
