The staff was the nicest group of people. Any questions I had they were more than willing to answer. It had to be ran by family because they all shared the same attitude. The beds are so great to sleep on and their pillows are amazing. I slept like a rock
Everything was clean, no bugs, very modernly furnished, nice shower and very soft water. The tv was big and the reception was good, no problems. The bed was very comfortable

Cons -

This hotel was great. The location is in an older part of corpus but don't let it stray you away. It right by downtown so great if you have anything going on there.
