Cons -
- There was a dying cockroach on the floor by the front desk; the hot water in the shower didn?t work and the floors and elevator were dirty.
- In my room and the shower didn?t have hot water so my showers were lukewarm at best.
- An incident occurred someone checked into our hotel due to the front desk attendant not checking their ID and they had the same last name we did. It was a huge mess and took an hour to fix the mess.
