- The location - right on the beach. 50ft from our door to the blanket we had on the beach.
- We like to stay here in the bayfront rooms directly on the beach. Its definitely not luxury, but we like it for its location and outdoor bar. The rooms are always clean and the staff very helpful!

Cons -
- No hot water the first night&morning. Then NO water from for most of the next day. Dead Cockroach. Apparent leak in floor above causing ceiling panels to sag. It felt like the only cleaning prior to our stay was fresh sheets and towels. Dirty floor.
- We were not able to get hot water for a shower, but it was hot outside so that was okay. It was weird that the floors were wet. We were told that happens after a rain. They were dry the next day.
