The location was great !

The rooms are starting to show their age

The staff was very polite and courteous. Room was spacious and comfortable

Was not very secure. Rear exit doors to the hotel would not close. It appeared as if they'd been that way for a while. The door to our room would not close behind you either. Had to physically push the door closed. Though the bed was comfortable, our bed sheets were stained. Front entry to the hotel smelled of urine. Breakfast was very disappointing. For a Hyatt, they fell a little short of the reputation

Very clean and great hospitality

Pet fee of $75.00If charging for a pet then add more dog stations outside and for 75 per pet, the pet should have its own bed. There should be no reason for my pet to be charged when all they did is sleep on your cold floor. Will be looking for another hotel with no pet fee in the future.

The room was clean, with "super cold" air and plenty of towels. We brought two dogs which the hotel allows. The breakfast was exceptional: fruit, yogurt, cottage cheese, eggs (scrambled and hard boiled), sausage, oatmeal, cereals, apple and orange juice and milk. Breads for toasting. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. They sell drinks at the front when the dining room is closed. They also have a filtered water machine that you can fill your drink bottles with, and the water is so good!!! They have an indoor pool with a shower to rinse off and a gym. The rooms have a refrigerator but not a microwave. Our room had two double beds and a sofa bed. Rooms are spacious! We had two dogs cages with us for a large and medium dog.The staff works very hard to make your stay enjoyable. Check-in and check-out is a breeze! We will definitely stay here again. It's not close to the beach, but it checked all the boxes when it came to allowing pets, breakfast and an indoor pool. Hopefully, when you decide on making a trip to Corpus Christi, this review will help you make your decision, you will not be disappointed.

It would be nice to have a microwave in the room and the pet station did not have bags for waste. We did bring our own, though.

There was a great variety at breakfast. The lobby areas were well light and decorated. Our room was clean and spacious

The bathroom had some tile work done and it showed. The water had an odor and strange sensation on the skin.

- one comforter was damp and we couldn't use it- the rest room door was very hard to open and close- there was mold on the wall, around the shower head- the shower head was clogged and the water coming out was very restricted. - breakfast was very limited. (Drury and Homewood have eggs, potatoes, a meat product, biscuits and gravy, and waffles.)

The location was great . Easy access to the freeway, restaurants, stores. Easy access to the beach, 10-15 minutes away. The staff we encountered were very helpful, friendly and polite. We will stay at this location in the future. Indoor pool a plus.

Maybe breakfast could be until 10am.

Room size comfortable beds.

Length of time to get $100 deposit back.
