- Cozy beds, pillows, fluffy towels, shower handle across from spout - smart!, very clean & comfortable room.

- The person at the front desk, didn’t answer my questions. I didn’t like his attitude.
- Windows blinds didn’t work
- Isr room ok, had to move .. no maintenance ppl available to fix smoke alarm going off. Had to move; no help with move b/c no staff. 2nd room toilet paper holder falling off, no alarm clock, both rooms overlook industrial bldgs, microwave locks with food in it, one remote/two rooms with TV, absolutely no help moving rooms b/c booked through booking.com. First room was nice. Staff could care less about guests.

It was a little noisy in connected room - other guest alittle loud during day, but we're quiet at night.
The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced. I wish we had the same at home. We were impressed with the signage inside the property. The coffee was good.
