The staff

It was not very clean. The lounge was closed on a Saturday. The lobby was packed with people drinking and playing games. That is fine but it was too loud

Location, cleanliness and the pool table/ lobby lounge.

Paying for breakfast, small cramped spartan room, no towels by the pool, skimpy number of towels in room, only one bottle of water for 3 guests.

Cleanliness, openness and location!

Someone did steal the beauty rim off the passenger side window of our pickup during the night we were parked at the motel. The parking is lit up nicely, but thieves are brave!

It was clean

They charged $50 a day for a pet. Most Alofts don¿t charge this. They also charged me $25 early check in for arriving an hour early. Most hotels never charge this unless very early. Didn¿t meet my expectations for an Aloft.

QUIET

DID NOT RECEIVE A KING BED AS RESERVED, NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST INCLUDED, MORNING COFFEE HAD NO CREAMERS AVAILABLE, AIR CONDITIONERS ARE LOCKED SO THAT YOU CAN NOT COOL THE ROOM ADEQUATELY.

Convenient location next to the airport.

There was an issue with the roof which banged loudly through the night and kept us from sleeping. We were told the airport shuttle service stopped running before 11pm. The staff were yelling loudly in the hallways to each other at 8am.

It was clean and really cool.

There was a constant fluctuation with the a/c in the room. Every 20 minutes it would go from 60 degrees to what felt like 90 degrees. Up and down all night. It was an awful experience after getting our flight canceled. Only expensive crap food that¿s$$$$

Fun for somewhere different to stay. The layout and aesthetics of the hotel are modern and fun.

Our room wasn't fully clean and they did not offer a complimentary breakfast which was disappointing.

Location and young vibe.

Under staffed. Bar and breakfast times were too limited.

This Hotel is absolutely amazing

Nice, clean, new, convenient to DFW airport. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast selection good.

Walls are ultra thin so a load neighboring room could be annoying. I didnt have a problem during my stay.

It’s clean, quiet, easy access to everything and staff is wonderful. We stay there every year same time a year for past 3 yrs.
