Pros +

The bed was comfortable.
Spacious room in a good location
the staff is always very helpful and the hotel is a nice place.

Cons -

The room was not clean when we arrived, the shower head was broken and we had to ask more than once for hangers because there was no other place to put our clothes
Sheets were stained, pillow had someone else?s hair under the pillow case, shower curtain had mildew stains all over, non-smoking room that had heavy smoke smell.

The hot water in the shower

1. The room was not clean.? stained bed sheets, duck tape to cover large holes in the curtains, towels from previous guest hanging in the shower, used bar of soap in the shower, the tv remote was so nasty and sticky we couldn?t use it, bedding was bad.
